Procedure:

  • Plagiarism checks are conducted using plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin or similar tools.

  • The maximum acceptable similarity index is 20%, excluding references, direct quotations, and common phrases.

  • Manuscripts exceeding this threshold may be returned to authors for revision or rejected outright, depending on the severity and nature of the violation.

Unacceptable Forms of Plagiarism Include:

  • Copying part or all of another work without proper attribution.

  • Using others’ data, images, or ideas without permission or appropriate citation.

  • Self-plagiarism: resubmitting previously published work without proper disclosure or significant revision.

Authors are fully responsible for the originality of their submissions. The editorial team reserves the right to reject or retract any manuscript found to violate plagiarism ethics, whether before or after publication.
