Publication Ethics
Lafdzuna: Journal of Language & Literature upholds the highest standards of publication ethics. This applies to all parties involved in the publication process: authors, editors, peer reviewers, and the publisher. The journal adheres to the guidelines from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
1. Authors’ Responsibilities:

Authors must submit original work, free from plagiarism, and not under consideration elsewhere.

All sources and references must be cited properly.

Authors must acknowledge the contributions of all individuals involved in the writing process.

If a significant error is discovered in a published article, authors must promptly notify the editor for correction or retraction.
2. Editors’ Responsibilities:

Editors are responsible for the final decision on submitted manuscripts based on objective academic evaluation.

Editors must maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts and not misuse them for personal gain.

Editors must investigate any ethical complaints, including suspected plagiarism or data fabrication.
3. Reviewers’ Responsibilities:

Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively and constructively, without bias.

Reviewers must keep the content of manuscripts confidential and not use it for personal advantage.

Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
4. Publisher’s Responsibilities:

The publisher supports editors in maintaining academic integrity and addressing any reported ethical issues.

The publisher ensures that all articles are processed fairly, transparently, and professionally.
