This fee covers editorial management, journal system maintenance, website hosting, indexing, and archiving. There are no charges for submission, peer review, or article access.

Payment is requested only after the article is accepted for publication.

Authors with financial difficulties may request a fee waiver or reduction, by submitting a written request along with appropriate justification to the editorial board.
