Abstract
This article discusses the spiritual messages in Surah Al-Baqarah through a linguistic perspective. As the longest chapter in the Qur’an, Surah Al-Baqarah provides comprehensive guidance on the relationship between humans and God, emphasizing faith, worship, and obedience to divine commands. Using a linguistic approach, this study analyzes the structure, diction, and rhetorical style of the Surah to uncover the depth of its spiritual meaning. The analysis reveals that the beauty and linguistic strength of the Qur’an in Surah Al-Baqarah play a significant role in instilling the values of monotheism, justice, and submission to the Divine will. This study also highlights the contemporary relevance of these spiritual messages, both morally and socially, demonstrating that Qur’anic language serves as a profound and universal medium for expressing spirituality.
