Archiving Policy
Lafdzuna: Journal of Language & Literature is committed to ensuring long-term access to all published content. Therefore, this journal implements the following digital archiving strategies:
1. Automatic Archiving:
The journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS systems as part of its Open Journal Systems (OJS) infrastructure. These systems allow partner libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for preservation purposes.
2. Institutional and Personal Repositories:
Authors are encouraged to deposit the final published version of their articles in:
-
Their institutional repositories
-
Public scholarly databases (such as Garuda, Sinta, Indonesia OneSearch)
-
Personal websites or academic platforms like Academia.edu, ResearchGate, and similar services.
3. Internal Backup:
The editorial team performs regular backups of journal data using offline and cloud-based storage systems to ensure data security and continuity of access.
Through this policy, Lafdzuna: Journal of Language & Literature ensures that its content remains accessible even in the event of technical disruptions to the main site.
